Notice is hereby given of the 67th Annual General Meeting of Farnborough District Motor Club.  Commencing 8pm on Tuesday 25th February 2025 at The Mytchett Community Centre.

If you wish to attend the AGM, please email Club Secretary, Iain Morris by clicking here.  Any items for the Agenda under “Any Other Business”, nominations for Officers and Committee, or any motions for consideration should also be sent to the Secretary by Tuesday 18th February.   If you wish to vote by proxy, because you are unable to attend in person or remotely, please reply to this email or contact our Secretary as above, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Social: Startline ’25 inc AGM & Annual Awards

You’re invited to Startline ’25, our event to celebrate everything-FDMC last year, and to look ahead to the new year. Although as THE busiest Club in the country, we will have already run two events (Bramley Targa and Harlequin 12 Car) before kick-off!

Event: FDMC Harlequin 12 Car Road Rally 2025

Farnborough District Motor Club invite entries to our Harlequin 12 Car Rally on Friday, 21st February 2025.  Signing-on begins at 7pm at The Hen & Chicken pub, Upper Froyle, GU34 4JH.

How to enter:

1) Please carefully read the regulations: FDMC Harlequin 12 Car Road Rally 2025 Regs.

2) Then enter and pay as detailed in “ENTRIES” section at the bottom of page one of the Regs.

This is a #StreetCar and #RaceWithRespect event, and newcomers are most welcome.  If you cannot compete, please consider volunteering as a marshal, training and support will be provided: click here.

Notice: photographs and video footage may be recorded at FDMC events. Any such media may later be used in our marketing, web, social media and other such activities. If you do not wish your picture to be used, you must advise the Event Secretary by email, at least 48 hours prior to the day of the event.
